and Graduates of the NZAF Rewired Programme

Mindfullness Resize

Thursday 29 October - Thursday 19 November in Auckland
Thursday evenings from 6pm until 8pm

This free four-week program by the New Zealand AIDS Foundation (NZAF) offers an opportunity to enjoy a set of genuine meditation experiences. Whether you are new to meditation or more experienced, this series will provide you with valuable insights and help you to develop and strengthen a regular practice.

These sessions will be facilitated by NZAF Community Engagement Manager Seb Stewart - who has more than 25 years of experience in meditation. Seb has been living with HIV since 2013 and meditation has played a major role in his journey with HIV and self-acceptance.

Meditation calms the mind and helps us to feel more connected to both ourselves and others. Training in mindfulness means that we have a better chance of meeting each moment with an open, accepting awareness, free from judgement.

If we change COVID-19 Alert Levels our team will contact you directly with info about how we will meet.
