An Online Meditation Course for People Living with HIV

This free four-week program by the New Zealand AIDS Foundation (NZAF) offers an opportunity to enjoy a set of genuine meditation experiences. Whether you are new to meditation or more experienced, this series will provide you with valuable insights and help you to develop and strengthen a regular practice.

These sessions will be facilitated by NZAF Community Engagement Manager Seb Stewart - who has more than 25 years of experience in meditation. Seb has been living with HIV since 2013 and meditation has played a major role in his journey with HIV and self-acceptance.

Meditation calms the mind and helps us to feel more connected to both ourselves and others. Training in mindfulness means that we have a better chance of meeting each moment with an open, accepting awareness, free from judgement.



Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm


Begins Wednesday 27 May and runs for 4 weeks - until Wednesday 17 June
