Finding Self-Fulfilment & Connection

A free, six-week programme supporting men who have sex with men

Self Fulfilment

Wednesday 25 August - Wednesday 29 September in Auckland
6PM (doors from 5:30PM)

COVID Update:

NZAF is waiting on guidance from the Government about when and how we will be able to safely host this programme. We will communicate new dates and any extra information as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding.

If you need support at this time, virtual counselling sessions can still be requested.

Finding fulfilment, meaningful connections, or even a moment of quiet reflection has become more challenging in a faster-paced, social media age.

Do you find yourself spending more time and energy trying to fit in, keep up, and be liked and accepted by others?

Finding Self-Fulfilment & Connection is a free six-week group programme for men who have sex with men. Join us to work on gaining tools to better understand yourself, develop confidence and flexibility, and help you live with authenticity.

The programme will involve mindfulness, meditation skills, exercises to help you recognise what you value in life, support dealing with difficult thoughts, emotions and actions, and setting realistic goals that you can commit to acting on.

The group will be co-facilitated by two counsellors from the NZAf therapeutic team. Kai will be provided, so please let us know any dietary requirements in the form below.
