Miracle cure warning

  • 📅5 November, 2014

NZAF Executive Director Shaun Robinson is warning about reports of miracle cures for HIV, particularly about Miracle Mineral Solution (MMS) being brought to New Zealand by a particular group that is promoting it as a medicine for HIV.

“Sadly there is no cure for HIV — these so-called miracle cures have no scientific basis and are dangerous. I’d like to urge everyone in our communities to trust only their doctors and health professionals in managing their health. Get in touch with our health services staff at NZAF if you have any questions,” he says.

GayNZ.com reports, “This weekend James Humble from Genesis II Church of Health and Healing will lead a pricey seminar in Ngatea about Miracle Mineral Solution (MMS).

“It’s made from chlorine dioxide, a bleach.

“New Zealand’s Medsafe is echoing warnings from other world health authorities, urging people not to use the chemical.”
