The election is conducted on a first-past-the-post basis. The three candidates with the highest number of votes will be deemed the successful candidates. If there is a tie, a Special General Meeting (SGM) will be called.
The results of the election will be announced at the AGM on 17 November 2018.
Finally, this is my last year as Chair of the NZAF, after almost six years on the NZAF Board and four years as Chair. In this time we have faced a number of significant challenges, but we have also been presented with many new opportunities. I am proud of our work to address these challenges and opportunities, including our revised strategy that has seen a reduction in new HIV infections and our restructure that has ensured that the organisation is financially sustainable. Please read our Annual Report for more details.
Thank you once again for your commitment to NZAF. We look forward to seeing you at the AGM.
