Trust Statement

The NZAF Trust Board is responsible for governing the organisation as a whole, without managing the operational aspects.

The Board

Our Trust Board has seven Trustees, four of whom are elected by the membership of NZAF, and three who are appointed by the Board.

Trust Deed

In 2007, a new NZAF Trust Deed was signed - the first since NZAF was founded. The changes in the new Trust Deed extended and enhanced the original principals:
