When: 6-7:30pm

Tuesdays, June 26th - July 31st 2018.

Where: New Zealand AIDS Foundation, 31 Hargreaves Street, St Marys Bay, Auckland.

*Nibbles and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. This event is free of charge and is open to all genders.

Meditation calms the mind and helps us to feel more connected to ourselves and others. Training in mindfulness means that we have a better chance of meeting each moment with an open, accepting awareness, free from judgement.

Seb Stewart will be holding the sessions.

Seb is the Community Engagement Manager for NZAF. He has more than 25 years of experience in meditation. Seb began teaching meditation in 1997 and spent 7 years living as a Buddhist monk before working in community development. Seb has been living with HIV since 2013. Meditation has played a major role in his journey of coming to terms with HIV and self-acceptance and continues to be a daily source of peace.
