Book A Free Test

The more times you have sex without condoms, the more often you should test for HIV. Our rapid testing service is private and confidential, and you'll have your results in 20 minutes.

How often should I test?

All people who are sexually active should get tested for HIV and other STIs once a year. Beyond that, the frequency of testing depends on who you have sex with and what type of sex you have.

What is the testing process?

It's so easy and it only takes twenty minutes. Check out our video guide to getting free HIV, Syphilis and Hep C rapid tests at NZAF clinics around New Zealand.

HIV: Four Reasons It’s Better to Know

The type of HIV test we use

At NZAF we use a fourth generation rapid test known as the BioLine SD HIV Ag/Ab Combo test.
