I was trained as a psychodynamic psychotherapist, and I work from a modern person-centered approach, with the focus on developing an authentc, open and affirming relationship between myself and my clients. My aim is to help you explore and understand the issues you may be struggling with so as to help you bring insight and real meaning into your personal experience, thus enabling you to move forward and achieve positive changes in your life.

I hold a MHSc Psychotherapy and a Dip Psych.
