Carlos was born in Sudan and has worked and travelled extensively around the world.

He has joined the NZAF from a previous position at Child Youth and Family, based in Wellington. Carlos says, " It's exciting to take on a role working with the African Communities and meeting great people. I look forward to sharing my story and working with everyone at the NZAF and in the communities that we serve."
