I’ve been lucky enough to work in a wide range of counselling situations, with people from diverse back grounds and cultures. I have a love of the glorious differences between us all as people, and celebrate it when I’m counselling.

I enjoy working hand in hand with clients to find their way of dealing with life’s struggles, coping with change, and developing. I’m constantly amazed at the way we can change our stories with the power of language, and self exploration.

I have a degree in counselling, a post grad training in E.M.D.R. (a trauma therapy), and a traditional degree in internal meditative arts.
