Wilis Jaafar is the IT Network Administrator at NZAF National Office.
As part of the National Administration Team, he is mainly responsible for the day-to-day IT and Network support for the National Office and Regional centres. He installs, troubleshoot computer and IT equipments and provides a help-desk service to all staff. He also provides back up administrative support and assistance to our Administration Officer and the Administration Assistants at the regional centres when required.
Wilis has been passionate about working with computers and networks since University. He first gained his IT experience from working with Hewlett Packard (Singapore) Ltd. and with the Ministry of Education in Singapore where he assisted in the implementation of “Information Technology in the Classrooms” project. He has also assisted and managed IT network upgrades for some small and medium-sizedbusinesses in Auckland.
His other passions are travelling, shopping and selling stuff on Trade Me.
