We are focused on preventing the transmission of HIV and providing support for people living with HIV. Find out what we're currently working on and track our progress.
Our staff are a dynamic group of people from different backgrounds, many coming from the communities we serve. All are committed to our vision of a world without HIV and AIDS.
NZAF was born out of the gay community’s response to AIDS in the early 1980s. We became an incorporated society called The AIDS Support Network in March 1985.
The Trust Board is responsible for the governance of NZAF. They set our strategic direction and vision, policies and performance measures, and appoint the Executive Director.
If you have a passion for community, HIV and/or sexual health, you should consider a career with us. We are NZ’s leading health organisation for people living with HIV, gay men, other men who have sex with men and the African community.
We would like to acknowledge the following organisations and granting bodies for their financial support this year.
